Group Visit Offer
Group tickets are applicable to every purchase of 10 tickets
or more. A discount of 20% will be offered. Tickets can be
purchased directly in the Ticket Office. For telephone booking

Guided Tour Service and Baggage
Service
To enhance visitors' understanding of exhibitions and enjoyment
of visiting the Museum, guided tour service will be arranged
for group visitors upon request. This service is free of charge.
The optimum number of visitors for a guided tour is 20 to
40.
Baggage Service is provided to the visitors free of charge.
Due to limited spaces available in the cloakroom, please do
not bring along bulky items and valuable items to the Museum.
Rules and regulations

Treasure the Exhibits, Museum exhibits
are of historical significance which should be treasured
by all visitors. Our colleagues have made great effort
in collecting, studying, and preserving every tiny piece
of the exhibits. Please do not touch or damage them. |

Group leaders should keep the order
of their visitors and ensure them to comply with the rules
and regulations. Please maintain a leader-and-visitor
ratio of 1:20 and organize your group before coming to
the Museum. Visitors will be arranged for admission on
a first-come-first-served basis, according to the capacity
of the Museum. |

Do not bring food or drinks to the Museum.
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the Museum.

To avoid disturbing other visitors,
please do not use amplifier or loudspeaker. |

Do not smoke. Do not litter. Do not
spit. |

Unauthorized video or photo taking is
not allowed. |

Due to a continuous design of the gallery
layout, there is NO midway exit between galleries. Visitors
should complete the visit before leaving. |

No resting area is reserved inside the museum. |
Emergency Handling
Group leaders should always watch over their visitors to
ensure their safety during the visit. Visitors should not
run, sit or play on the escalators. In case of accidents or
other emergencies, please approach the Museum staff for assistance
immediately.
